Reavis Hilz-Ward works as an executive coach, trainer and consultant with a key focus on helping people and organizations rise to the next level. She knows how to enable clients to explore their professional and personal potential and combines this with her extensive economic and corporate experience. Having studied International Economics, Reavis devoted 12 years to a pivotal role with the UN Development Program. In this capacity, she planned projects and worked to improve the lives for citizens in developing countries, overseeing budgets and controlling the quality of the results. From her European base, Reavis has spent 25 years building her own clientele and running programs in Organizational Development, Process Improvement, Restructuring and R & D across the globe. The breadth of her experience across economic sectors and her fluency in no less than four languages makes Reavis a valuable and unique asset.
The energy and enthusiasm of Anja Walter know one goal: 'Change Management' or the management of change processes. As a former teacher and with additional qualifications in psychology, information science, international management, organizational development and coaching, she now works in human resources and project management and as a coach. Anja successfully held positions in economic sectors such as IT management, engineering, automotive engineering, energy, tourism, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, insurance companies and banks. It is people who are Anja’s focus, and to whom she attaches particular importance in the continuous improvement of processes in human resources, project management or corporate development - of course combined with the economic corporate goal and profit optimization of the company.
As a banker, securities and derivatives trader and as the former managing director of two OTC trading platforms, Christian Klapproth has more than 25 years of experience at the management level in the banking and stock exchange environment. He has been working as an independent management consultant since 2009. Since then, he has been able to support banks, stock exchanges, trading platforms and software companies with strategic and operational advice and as a project manager in the IT area in the successful development of their corporate goals. In order to cover the technical and content requirements, the focus of his work is - above all - the constructive and success-oriented cooperation with the people involved, often as a neutral consultant and mediator. This coaching approach is based on the experience that the bottom line behind all technical topics and tasks is still people and their needs.
